- “On 21 November 2025, Swim Collective Ltd reached a final agreement with its insurers in respect of an insurance claim relating to the cancellation of the Dart 10K event in September 2025. The total settlement agreed was £118,082.57, which includes an interim payment of £80,000 received on 19 November 2025. The cancellation of the event occurred before the year end, however the insurer's acceptance of the claim and confirmation of the settlement amount took place after 30 September 2025. As the acceptance and measurement of the claim were concluded post year end, the settlement represents a non-adjusting event under the relevant accounting standards. No amounts in respect of this settlement have been recognised in these financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2025. The settlement will be reflected in the company's financial statements for the subsequent financial year.”
