“Due to the Company being in a net liability position as of 31 December 2025, the Company has obtained a Letter of Support from IKO Europe NV stating that IKO Europe NV will provide financial support to IKO Insulations UK LTD as necessary to enable IKO Insulations UK LTD to continue to trade and meet its liabilities as they fall due. This financial support will continue for a period of at least 12 months from the signing of these accounts. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
