  The Directors have identified a material uncertainty in relation to the Company's going concern status. However, the Directors consider the going concern basis to be appropriate having paid due regard to the Company's projected results during the twelve months from the date the financial statements are approved and the anticipated cash flows, availability of support from its immediate parent undertaking Wenchov Holdings Limited ("WHL") and, following the change in ownership on 19 December 2025, Mohammed Hamoud Alshaya Company W.L.L ("MHAC"), and the ultimate parent undertaking Alshaya Holdings Company BSCC ("AHCB") (including WHL not requesting any payments due to it by the Company whilst any other creditors of the Company remain unpaid, except to the extent that the Company is able to discharge all its debts and liabilities as they fall due) and other mitigating actions that can be taken during that period.
