“As at 31 December 2025 the Company's net assets at the year-end was £106k (2024: net assets of £340k). The directors have reviewed detailed business plans and cash flow projections to 31 December 2027 and believe that the company has sufficient cash resources to cover both working capital and capital expenditure requirements. A financing entity within the group has committed to providing additional funding if required, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. The directors consider this to be sufficient to support the business if required. The directors are satisfied that it is appropriate to prepare accounts on a going concern basis.”
