“As detailed in the notes to the financial statements, the Board continually monitors the financial position of the Company and has undertaken stress-testing and analysis in determining the appropriateness of preparing the Financial Statements on a going concern basis. Having carried out the testing, the Directors are satisfied that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Company's Financial Statements.”
