“The directors do not anticipate the need to take on debt to fund the company's trading. Furthermore, the directors have additional funding available through group should it be required, in the form of a loan facility from Liniar Limited which allows the company to borrow up to £1m, which remain undrawn as at the year end and up to the date of the report. Accordingly they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
