- “During the year, the Company confirmed its intention to receive the transfer of trade and associated assets of Nuseed Europe Limited, another UK entity within the same group under common control. The transfer was completed on 1st October 2025 following the company's year-end. As part of the transfer, a material intercompany loan balance between the two parties was waived. The transaction formed part of a wider group restructuring exercise designed to streamline operations.”
- “Subsequent to the reporting date, on 20 March 2026, the Company entered into an amendment to an existing agreement. As a result of this amendment, the Company received cash proceeds of $15m USD on 26 March 2026. This event did not exist at the reporting date and has therefore been treated as a non-adjusting subsequent event. No amounts have been recognised in the financial statements in respect of this transaction. The receipt of these funds has significantly improved the Company's liquidity position and has been considered in the assessment of going concern.”
