“The Directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has available financial resources to meet any future obligations for the foreseeable future. Additionally, Directors have received assurance from the immediate parent company, RockRose Energy Limited, that it will make available financial support as necessary for the Company to meet its liabilities in the normal course of the activities, as they fall due for payment, for at least the next twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

- “On 30th March 2023 the Company signed a farm-in agreement with Hartshead Resources Limited to acquire a 60% working interest in Hartshead Resources' P2607 licence located in the Southern North Sea. The licence includes the Anning and Somerville fields, estimated to contain 52 million barrels of recoverable oil equivalent. Hartshead Resources retained operatorship of the licence at completion. Anning and Somerville will be developed first during Phase 1 to reach first gas by Q4 2026. The licence also includes 60% interest in each of the Hodgkin and Lovelace fields (Phase 2) which contain estimated resources totalling 23 million barrels of recoverable oil equivalent.”
