“Having due regard to the above, the trustees have a reasonable expectation that ChECS and its subsidiaries have adequate resources and cash flows to meet spending commitments for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements, and do not consider there to be material uncertainty over the Charity's ability to meet its future obligations and commitments. - “Post year end it was discovered that PGS' digital platform supplier could not continue as a going concern, and this put the continued operation of PGS digital giving platform in doubt. Steps have been taken by the NCIs and PGS to secure the future operation of the platform by performing the following key actions: Acquiring the IP of the system from the provider within PGS; Novating third party operating contracts to CHECS (AWS, Appdrawn); Additional funding made available by the AC to facilitate the changes. These actions will secure the going concern of PGS and its ability to operate.”
