“Although 2025 represents the fifth consecutive year of losses, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Galperti Group UK The Original Ltd has no external debt and remains in a net asset position, with sufficient cash and equity to meet its liabilities and support ongoing trading. After the year end, the Company received financial support from its ultimate parent through the issue of 300,000 ordinary shares of £1.00 each. Accordingly, the Directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
