- “On 17 October 2014, the Company acquired at fair value the entire issued share capital of Dignity Services from its immediate parent undertaking, Dignity (2002) Limited for a consideration of £1,134,000,000. The consideration was settled by way of an intercompany loan. The loan is interest bearing at an interest rate of 5% per annum and is repayable by 31 December 2049. Interest that is accrued is capitalised annually on 31 December (or the last business day before 31 December).”
