“The financial statements of SOCAR Trading (UK) Limited (STUK) have been prepared on a going concern basis due to the company's operational dependency on SOCAR Trading SA (STSA) post restructuring in 2023 and the losses incurred during the year ending 2024 and 2025. To support STUK's ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due, a letter of support is obtained from STSA, confirming their commitment to provide continued financial assistance through to 31 July 2027. The directors have evaluated STSA's capacity to provide this support and are satisfied that STSA has adequate resources available to fulfil this commitment.”
