“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis as the Company is budgeted to break even, and its activity is considered an integral part of the parent Company's charitable operations. The Company does not have any staff nor other fixed costs and has sufficient assets to cover its outstanding liabilities. The Company was also able to obtain a letter of support from its ultimate parent company, Wales Millennium Centre (Limited by Guarantee), indicating that Wales Millennium Centre (Limited by Guarantee) will continue to make available such funds as are needed by the company for at least 12 months following approval of these financial statements.”
