“Having undertaken the above exercise as part of the sale process, the Directors believe that the company, and the Group it is part of, will have adequate resources and support from the new ultimate parent undertaking to continue operations for the foreseeable future, including for a minimum of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. For this reason, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements and no adjustments have been included in these financial statements that would result if the company were unable to continue as a going concern. A parental support letter was provided by the company's new parent in April 2026.”
