“Having considered the company's post year end trading performance, and through forecasting cash reserves on a rolling monthly basis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to contirue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date these financial statements were approved. The company's loan facility expires on 14 July 2026, credit approved heads of terms to refinance the loan on expiry of the current facility have been received. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
