“the directors are confident that the Company and Frasers Group plc have adequate resources to remain in operational existence for the foreseeable future which is at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements. Trading would need to fall significantly below levels observed historically to require mitigating actions or a relaxation of covenants. On this basis, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis for the preparation of the Annual Report and financial statements.”
