“As part of the assessment of the company's ability to continue as a going concern, the director has reviewed forecast information for the 12 month period following the approval of the financial statements prepared by management. At 30 September 2025 the company had net assets of £6,005,692 (2024: £2,493,607). The company continues to be reliant on the wider group for the supply of goods, the forecasts therefore model the likely impact of the continued strength of the brand as well as current wholesale orders and projections in order to consider this risk. The forecasts also take into account other macroeconomic factors on the company. The analysis indicated that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. In addition, the company is continuously profitable, has a net current asset position and no external loans. As such, the Director believes that it is appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
