“The Directors have considered Scamp and Dude Limited cash flows for the period 12 months from approval of these financial statements. The Directors believe, after careful consideration of forecasted cash flows and expected trading performance that the Company will have sufficient cash to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Directors have therefore concluded that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis for the preparation of these financial statements.”
