Material uncertainty over going concern
After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months after the signing of the accounts. The company has received a letter of support from Anheuser Busch InBev SA/NV, its ultimate parent entity, that it will be provided with such support as may needed to achieve this. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.
