“After making enquiries, which include considering the liquidity of the Company's assets, the cost living crisis, the potential impact of the sale of Aegon UK, ongoing conflicts in the Middle East and Ukraine and confirmation of the availability of ongoing support from its intermediate parent undertaking Aegon UK plc, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future (being 12 months from the date of this report).”
