“As at 31 December 2025, the entity had net current liabilities of £69,703 (31 December 2024: £56,451). The Directors have prepared a going concern assessment which covers a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The cash flow forecasts have been prepared on both an expected and a worst case scenario and indicate that, even after taking account of a reasonably possible worst case scenario, the Entity will have sufficient funds, through support from the partnership, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period.”
