“The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts through to December 2027 which indicate that the group will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. In forming this view, the directors considered currently available facilities and have received confirmation of financial support from the ultimate controlling party and they have concluded that the business can continue to operate within these facilities.The directors of the company have received a letter of support from Murray Investments Limited confirming that it will continue to provide financial support to the company for at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements. Therefore the directors are confident that the group will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements, and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
