“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate. The Company has a net current liabilities position. To meet the day-to-day working capital requirements of the business, the Company is reliant on the support of the intermediate holding company, Hiap Hoe Limited. The directors are satisfied this support has been given for at least a minimum of twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Hence, the directors consider that the going concern basis is appropriate. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
