Whilst the Company has no revenue and has incurred a loss due to intergroup interest costs and impairment of investments in the current financial year and has net liabilities, the directors acknowledge that the Company is dependent on the financial support of its ultimate parent company, Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. The directors of Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. have confirmed that this support will be maintained for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
