“During the year ended 30 April 2024, the company has made a loss after tax of £484,848, resulting in a net current liability position of £384,518. The company continues to operate with the support of its immediate parent, who have confirmed their willingness to continue to provide this support. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
