“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. After making enquires and taking into consideration the profit and net current asset position of the Company, the Directors have formed a judgement, at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. For this reason the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
