“After making enquiries the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis as the Company has sufficient liquidity to meet future liabilities for at least the next 12 months. The Directors have also considered that the parent company, Urenco Limited, has provided a letter of support for the Company and have assured themselves of the Directors of Urenco Limited's intent and ability to fulfil their obligations under the letter of support. The Directors confirm that the Company will continue to trade and will remain in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and that there are no plans to liquidate the entity.”
