“The Company has prepared financial forecasts to cover the period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and include consideration of all relevant external impacts on the business. These forecasts indicate that the Company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due throughout this period, based on this and other scenario analysis. The directors have reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements for the Company.”
