“The Company had net liabilities of £627k as at 31 December 2025. However, the Directors of Legal & General Capital Investments Limited, who have an indirect shareholding in the Company, have agreed to provide the Company with financial means that are sufficient to enable the Company to fulfil its obligations as they fall due for the period of 12 months commencing on the date on which these accounts, for the year ended 31 December 2025, are signed. Accordingly the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.”
