“The Company is in run off, having transferred its customer base to a new entity which was set up in Ireland. The run off is expected to run over the period from 2 to 5 years. The Company continues to be supported by its immediate holding company. The directors believe the Company has the ability to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
