“In assessing the appropriateness of the going concern basis, the directors have considered the Company's profit after tax for the year of £2,216,000 (2024: loss of £623,000) and net current assets of £8,573,000 (2024: £17,109,000). The directors have reviewed the Company's financial forecasts for the twelve months following the approval of these financial statements. The Company operates under a cost-plus mark-up reimbursement model funded by a group entity, which is expected to provide sufficient funds to meet liabilities as they fall due. Yum! Brands, Inc. has confirmed that it will continue to provide financial support for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
