“The Directors have assessed the Statement of Financial Position and the expected future cash flows at the date of approving these financial statements. The Directors remain of the view that the positive forecast results are achievable and that the cash headroom forecast to be available within the company's established invoice finance faci ity will be sufficient to enable the Company and Group to operate and meet its liabilities as they fall due. The ongoing strategic focus of the board puts the Group in a secure position from which to actively pursue its targeted growth strategy. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its financial obligations for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
