“As at 31 December 2025 the Company had net liabilities of £2,721,066 (2024 - £1,753,076). Having reviewed the Company's current position, cash flow projections, bond facilities and covenant cover the Directors have a reasonable expectation the Company, together with the support of its ultimate parent, has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. Accordingly they continue to adopt the going concern basis on preparing the financial statements.”
