“The directors have assessed the Group's ability to continue as a going concern, having reviewed the cash flow forecasts of the Group and taking into account the current challenging macroeconomic environment, including the high cost of living and continued inflationary pressures. Following the increase in shareholding by Supercell Oy, the Group benefits from enhanced financial stability and strategic support. As part of this increase in stake, Supercell Oy has committed to forgiving all outstanding debt owed by the Group effective February 2025, significantly strengthening the Group's financial position and removing future repayment obligations.”
