Given the group's strong cash balance coupled with the commitment and support from the parent company, the director is confident the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and will return to profitability as part of its turnaround strategy agreed with its parent. The director therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
