“The Directors have assessed the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. This assessment is based on cash flow forecasts for that period, which reflect the Directors' best estimates of future trading performance, capital expenditure and working capital requirements. The Directors have also considered the impact of reasonably possible downside scenarios and conclude that, in such circumstances, the Company would continue to operate within its available financing facilities. Accordingly, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements, and the financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.”
