“After making due enquiries and considering the ongoing profitable and cash generative performance of the Company, the impact of global geo-political uncertainty and increased global protectionism policies, the inflationary pressures on the global economy, the UK Group cash pool and the funding strength of the ultimate parent undertaking and companies that form the cash pool (and therefore those entities that provide cross guarantees), the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for the going concern assessment period to 30 June 2027.”
