Going concern
Affirmed

“In preparing the financial statements, the directors consider it appropriate to continue to use the going concern assumption which assumes the Company will have sufficient resources to enable it to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due, including adequate financial support. During the year, the Company generated net income of £290,635 (2023: net loss £141,374) and as at year end, the Company had a net deficit of £1,605,367 (2023: net deficit £1,896,002). Nonetheless, the Company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance show that the Company should be able to operate on its own account for the foreseeable future. The directors have also received confirmation from the Company's parent company, Infios U.S Inc., that they will provide the necessary financial resources to meet the Company's obligations as and when they fall due to the extent that financial resources are not otherwise available, for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of signing of the financial statements.”
