“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. A forecast model was prepared for the company for the new financial year and the next financial year following a thorough review of workload, overhead and cashflows. Stress testing was also performed at a group level to assess the impact of up to a 30% reduction in turnover. Under these scenarios the group would remain profitable and cash positive. Despite a current position of net liabilities, the company continues to benefit from being part of a group and has the support of its immediate parent Robertson Construction Group Limited should it be required. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
