“After performing a going concern assessment, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate access to resources to enable it to meet its obligations and to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, which is at least, but not limited to, twelve months from the date of these financial statements. The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, taking account of current inflationary environment and reasonable possible downsides, the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. For this reason, the Directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
