“At the time of approving these accounts the Directors are extremely confident in the Cantata IT platform and that Protas has adequate resources to meet both ongoing and future commitments for at least 12 months from the date of signing these accounts. The higher focus on the commercialisation of the IT platform and software, instead of the prosecution of clinical trials conduct will increase adoption of Cantata and support Protas's financial and strategic goals. Accordingly, the Directors consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
