“The financial statements of the Group have been prepared on a going concern basis as the directors have satisfied themselves that the Group will have adequate resources to continue in operation for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The assessment has taken into consideration the Group's financial position, covenant compliance, liquidity requirements, recent trading performance, the outcome of a severe but plausible downside scenario and reverse stress testing which determines the point at which the Group could be considered to fail without taking further mitigating actions or raising additional funds.”
