“The Directors have performed a going concern assessment, including preparing management profit and loss and cashflow forecasts for the period to 31 December 2030 which is in excess of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors are in regular contact with the main funder and have obtained confirmation of their continuing support through a new repayment plan agreed in May 2025 covering funding to December 2030 with agreed repayments increasing over that period in line with forecast performance.”
