“The directors, at the time of approving the financial statements, have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Additionally all cash outflows for the next 12 months from the date of signing these accounts would be funded by Limited Partners. After making appropriate enquiries and assessing the impact, the directors are of the opinion that the Company will remain a going concern and are satisfied that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
