“At the time of approving the accounts, the Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the Charity has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Lanier Theological Library Foundation ("US Foundation") has approved an additional grant in 2026 to the Charity in the amount of $2,000,000, which will cover operations. The US Foundation is adequately resoürced and able to maintain its commitment to the Charity to fully fund operations on an ongoing basis. Bank and investment statements have been provided to Gravita Audit Oxford LLP verifying that capacity. The Trustees believe that it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.”
