“The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements from its own financial resources and the support of its lenders. The directors believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence on the basis of the company's future plans and with the support of its lenders for the foreseeable future, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
