The commercialisation requires significant cash to continue to develop the technology and build production facilities capable of building the number of Zephyr planes to service the expected market. At the date of the approval of these financial statements, the Company has access to sufficient cash required to support initial commercialisation and fund committed operations for the foreseeable future. The Directors have considered both the base case and downside scenarios and have not identified any material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Therefore, the Directors have adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
