“The Board has considered the Group's MTP, the progress of the capital restructuring, and the Parent Company's cash flow forecasts, together with the Letter of Support from the Parent Company. The Directors' review was led by Kayode Akinola, who reported to the Board. Having considered the supporting documentation made available to them, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Parent Company has the necessary resources to honour its commitment and that the Company will continue in operational existence for the next 18 months. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
