“The directors have prepared and reviewed forecasts including cash flow projections for a period of 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements and are satisfied that the Company will be able to continue in operation and meet its liabilities as they fall due throughout this period. Inuvi Group Limited has indicated it will continue to provide further financial and other support to Plymouth Health Limited for at least the next twelve months from the date of signing of these financial statements and will not call upon repayment of the intercompany balance of £6,606,212 within that time.”
