“The Directors have reviewed the appropriateness of the preparation of the financial statements on a 'going concern' basis. Informed by an ongoing review of detailed financial information and scenarios discussed at additional Board meetings we have reviewed the level of reserves at the year-end date and the financing secured for the next year and we are content that these are sufficient albeit represent a challenging financial environment. We therefore conclude that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
